Notes: Very rare match shirt issued / worn by #5 Moreno Mannini, during the club's 1994-95 pre-season. The shirt originates from the Lazio Museum, a charity who auction Italian football memorabilia, often donated by players.

 

The 'SampForPeace' sponsorship was applied only for pre-season match shirts. It campaigned against the Balkans War which ended in 1995.

 

Player issue features: 'SampForPeace' flock sponsor applied over 'ERG' sponsor (the sponsor did not appear on store shirts), Original, Player Size Flock #5 for Italian full-back Moreno Mannini, No Coppa Italia Patch to chest (pre-season).
