Notes: Rare match shirt issued to Dutch Striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink during the PSV 2000-01 season.

 

The Striker had the infamously long name "Vennegoor of Hesselink", which caused some trouble for kitmen when fitting the print.

 

Player issue features include:

 

- Long Sleeves, no DRI-FIT logo to bottom corner

 

- Player Size, professionally heat-pressed plastic name-set #8 "Vennegoor of Hesselink"
