Notes: Classic NIKE track jacket, issued to Wilfred Bouma during the 1996-97 PSV season. The dutch side won the Eredivisie.

 

Player issue features: "WB" initials printed for Dutch defender Wilfred Bouma | 'PHILIPS' sponsorship not available on store version.
