PARMA MATCH WORN / ISSUED THIRD FOOTBALL SHIRT 2002/03 L/S #10 NAKATA

Condition: 7.5/10 - Crests & patches perfect, very faint staining to embossed sponsor. Material has smooth feel: sun fade to Navy colour in some areas - most notably to left front sleeve & reverse. Wear to number, lettering excellent with minimal damage. Please check pictures closely.

 

Measures 29.5" (31" to bottom of underlapping back) length x 22.5" pit to pit

 

Notes: Very rare match shirt worn / issued to #10 Hidetoshi Nakata of Parma during the 2002-03 season. This specific design third shirt, with the classic stitched crest, was used in just two Serie A matches: Vs Chievo Verona and Perugia.

 

Match prepared / worn features include:

 

- Classic Parma Calcio crest stitched over the previous seasons embossed 'special' crest (the previous seasons third shirt was reused but reverted to the classic crest) - the classic crest was never sold commercially on this design

 

- Embossed 'Parmalat' sponsor (printed within material on store shirts), machine-stitched Coppa Italia Coccarda to chest, professionally heat-pressed Lega Calcio patch to sleeve

 

- Professionally heat-pressed, player sized name set to reverse, prepared for #10 Hidetoshi Nakata.
