Notes: Rare, long-sleeved match shirt issued to / worn by a #15 of the Azurri during the International years 1995-96. Angelo Di Livio wore the #15 during these years.

 

Player issue / match worn features: No Nike motif to chest (the Nike motif only appeared on store shirts), Long Sleeved, No Replica patch to lower front, Original Player Sized Flock #15 to reverse.
