Notes: Very rare, special edition FA Cup Final home shirt, released in very limited numbers in 1994. Chelsea lost the final 4-0 Vs Manchester United.

 

With features different to the standard store shirt; embroidered UMBRO motif, flat felt AMIGA sponsorship & 'FA Cup Final 1994' embroidery to crest.
