Notes: Classic 'De Meer' Special shirt to mark the end of the De Meer Stadion, which dated back to 1934. The side would move to the new Amsterdam Arena in 1996.

 

As worn during the 1995-96 season when the side claimed the Eredivisie title, together with the Intercontinental Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and Dutch Super Cup.
